PAYMENT TERMS
We expect a non-refundable deposit of £100 to secure/confirm any course booked with BTAAC.
Payment in full is required at course commencement. Payment can be made by either credit/debit card or cash. Payment by credit/debit card can be taken on a verbal instruction.
Once you have accessed any aspect of your training you will have started your course and full payment of the course will be required even if you cancel thereafter.
Failure to pay the balance in full before course completion will result candidates assessment paperwork and results will not be transmitted to the awarding body for certification until full payment for the course has been received.
Candidates who do not achieve certification will not receive a refund of fees which they have paid for the course.
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLING OF COURSES
All requests for course reschedule/cancellation must be received within 36 hours’ of course start date any requests after this deadline may result in an administration fee being charged.
REFUNDS
A full refund will only be issued if the candidate cancels the course within 36 hours of course commencement. If the candidate fails to give 36 hours’ notice then the non-refundable deposit will be retained by the centre.
If it should occur that any candidate is unable to complete the courses booked due to inability/lack of experience required to undertake these courses then an administration fee of £240 +VAT will be charged to cover any costs incurred.
RE-SITS
Please note that if the required level of competency is not achieved in either the practical or theory assessment, it may be necessary for candidates to re-sit the sections which they have been unsuccessful in. A re-sit must be completed within 90 calendar days of initial assessment and within 30 calendar days of re-assessment. A charge of £40 +VAT per hour will be charged for re-sits. If additional training is required, this will be charged at a rate dependant on the nature and amount of training involved.
UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR
BTAAC reserves the right to remove any candidate from a course if their behaviour towards other candidates and /or staff is unacceptable and disruptive to the course
PHOTOGRAPHIC AND SOUND RECORDING EQUIPMENT
Please note that the use of photographic and sound recording equipment is strictly prohibited within any part of the premises where the course is delivered. Any candidate found to be using this type of equipment during their training and / or assessment may be asked to leave their course with no refund of any prepayment.
